Adult's OT - Southampton

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Southampton. In this role, you will work closely with adults facing various physical and mental health challenges, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic activities that promote skill development and functional independence. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients and their families, and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

Essential qualifications and skills for this position include:

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Proven experience in adult occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical or community setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
