The Young People\’s Service (YPS) is an innovative service working with the city\’s adolescence. Offering both statutory social work alongside community resources and projects we are a growing service with young people at the heart, offering them safety and protection from harm but also opportunities in education, employment and social integration. – Holding CP, CiN and CLA children – S47\’s and Assessments – Case management – Duty – Co-working with Youth Justice and other partners – Completing CERAFS and partaking in the Risk Outside the Home pilot in conjunction with Durham University – Managing Contextual Safeguarding risks – Updating and progressing CP, CIN and CLA plans – Presenting at service manager panel and legal panel meetings Caritas Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
