About the Role: As a Social Worker in our LAC Team, you will work with children in care, managing complex caseloads, including court and care proceedings. You'll be central to ensuring children receive the support, safety, and care they deserve to thrive. ✅ What We're Looking For: 3 years' post-qualifying experience (PQE) and successful completion of ASYE Strong background in court and care proceedings for children in care SWE registered and a qualified Social Worker (DipSW/CQSW or equivalent) A passion for securing the best outcomes for children and young people Confidence managing risk and making evidence-based decisions 💡 Why Join Us?
