We are looking for a compassionate and skilled professional who is committed to improving the well-being of families and ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive.
You will play a crucial role in assessing needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders to provide comprehensive services.
Key responsibilities include
- Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and appropriate interventions.
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
- Providing direct support and guidance to families, ensuring access to necessary resources and services.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding and child protection processes.
- The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e. g., Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families, particularly those with disabilities.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage a diverse caseload.
