We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Adults Community team in Wirral. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults within the community, supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs of adults and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, ideally within community settings.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
