- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote integrated service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with organizational policies.
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in adult social work, particularly in community settings.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults.
