We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Children With Disabilities Team in Slough.

The position offers a competitive rate of £38 per hour on an Umbrella Company basis, providing a flexible and rewarding work environment.
As a Social Worker within our team, you will play a crucial role in assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families, developing and implementing care plans, and providing ongoing support.
Key responsibilities include
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and families.
- Developing and reviewing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
- Providing support and advice to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services.
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.
- The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and current Social Work England registration.
- Experience working within children's services, particularly with children with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and professionals.
- Proficient in assessment and care planning processes.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in social work.
