We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Assessment Team in Shropshire, offering a competitive rate of £38 per hour on an Umbrella basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading assessments and ensuring that the needs of vulnerable individuals and families are met effectively and compassionately. Your expertise will guide the team in delivering high-quality social work services and safeguarding the welfare of those we serve.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Providing expert supervision and support to social workers, fostering a collaborative and reflective practice environment.
