Social Worker - First Contact Mental Health - Sheffield

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the necessary care and guidance to improve their well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and risks.
• Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• Registration with Social Work England.
