To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working in adult mental health settings, demonstrating an understanding of mental health legislation and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
