- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify needs and risks.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in adult social work, particularly in supported living or community settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
