We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Assessment & Intervention Team in Southwark.

Key responsibilities and duties include

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e. g., Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant post-qualifying experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage a caseload efficiently.
