Interim Annual Review SEN Officer Develop, review and revise effective EHC Plans for young people with a range educational needs and disabilities. Demonstrate and apply a deep understanding of SEND legislation, the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice. Plan, schedule and track successful completion of backlog annual reviews. Work with multidisciplinary teams and maintain communication with young people and their parents to create person-centred plans, ensuring the young people's needs are met effectively. Maintain accurate and up to date records of EHC Plans, progress reports and communicate with key stakeholders. Utilise software and tools used for creating, managing and tracking EHC Plans. Process annual reviews and amend pre-existing EHC Plans for young people. Rate £300 per day.
