Adult's SW - Integrated Neighbourhood Team - Rochdale

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Social Worker to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Team in Rochdale. • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to deliver integrated services.
• Monitoring and reviewing care plans to ensure effectiveness and adjust as necessary.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Demonstrable experience in adult social work, preferably within a community setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
