Key responsibilities include:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Social Worker in your state.
- Strong knowledge of child welfare laws, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
