Caritas Futures is proud to partner with a leading charity dedicated to providing top-tier support services to children and young people facing emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Resolve Practitioner to join a trauma-informed, early intervention service supporting young people affected by Domestic violence and recent adverse experiences. As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you\’ll be part of a diverse team of professionals and volunteers, working together to provide timely, targeted support to children and young people aged 8-18. Using a range of creative and therapeutic approaches, the service focuses on emotional recovery, building personal resilience, and empowering young people to manage their own mental health and wellbeing. Location : 1 x Vacancy Shropshire and 1 x Vacancy Halton, Merseyside Key Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 emotional wellbeing sessions using a youth-centred, trauma-informed approach Provide early help support aimed at improving emotional health and building resilience Work collaboratively with professionals across multiple agencies Empower young people to take control of their own mental health journeyWhat We\’re Looking For: A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) A valid driver\’s license and access to a car Previous experience in roles related to mental health, domestic violence, emotional wellbeing, youth support A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people through challenging timesWhy Caritas Futures?
