Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing ongoing support and advocacy to empower clients in making informed decisions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with regulatory standards.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working within adult social care settings.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse client groups.
