We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - OP Team in Surrey. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality support and interventions to adults with varying needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and guidance. Your key responsibilities will include:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience working within adult social care settings.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse client groups.
