Consultant Practitioner | Kinship & Permanence Service | Reading Borough

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Significant post-qualification experience in child protection and family support.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
