Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and goals.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Providing therapeutic interventions to improve clients' daily living skills, mobility, and overall functioning.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to support clients' holistic care.
- Monitoring and documenting clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of adult rehabilitation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
