We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Learning Disabilities Team in Oxfordshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, supporting them to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality assessments, interventions, and support plans tailored to individual needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals with learning disabilities to identify their needs and strengths.
- Developing and implementing person-centered support plans in collaboration with service users, families, and other professionals.
- Providing ongoing support and monitoring progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
- Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals, ensuring they have a voice in decisions affecting their lives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. Essential skills and qualifications include:
