We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Learning Disabilities Team in Oxfordshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, supporting them to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality assessments, interventions, and support plans tailored to individual needs.

Key responsibilities include:
