In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing complex cases involving vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored care plans for adults in need.
• Providing expert guidance and supervision to junior social workers and support staff.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and safeguarding policies.
• Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in line with organizational standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS) and current registration with Social Work England.
• Significant experience in adult social work, particularly within safeguarding and complex case management.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risk effectively.
