We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Child Protection Long Term Team in Warwickshire (Nuneaton). As a Social Worker in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families in need of support.
• Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
• Managing a caseload of complex cases while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Providing guidance and support to families, including facilitating access to necessary resources and services.
• Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony when required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A valid Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
