To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, you should possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in children's social work, specifically with LAC or leaving care.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks governing child welfare.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work under pressure.
