The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children in care or similar settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
