We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assessment Social Worker to join our team in Nottinghamshire.
This role offers an attractive rate of up to £36 per hour (Umbrella) and provides an opportunity to make a significant impact within the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring the well‑being of vulnerable individuals and families.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support.
