The Role
- Support and deliver service improvement and transformation initiatives
- Work collaboratively across teams to embed new ways of working
- Manage complex adults social care cases in line with statutory duties
- Apply strengths-based practice to achieve positive, person-centred outcomes
- Contribute to shaping future service delivery across the council
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Adults Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
- Experience within Adult Social Care, ideally within change or improvement-focused teams
- Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel both inside and outside the area as required
- Confident, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to attend the office 2-3 days per week
