Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments of patients' social and emotional needs upon admission.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized degree in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment, preferably with adult clients.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
