CIC - Court Team l Social Worker - Northamptonshire

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working within a court team or similar setting, with a strong understanding of child protection and family law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
