We are currently recruiting for an experienced Kinship Social Worker to work with the Fostering Team for Gateshead social services. You need to be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England and have experience in fostering or Kinship to apply for this role.

Duties include:

  • Complete assessments of potential carers
  • Connected Persons Fostering assessments
  • Special Guardianship assessments
  • Viability assessments
  • Participate in a duty rota.
