- Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need of support, ensuring their rights and welfare are prioritized.
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to individuals and families regarding available services and resources.
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Maintaining accurate records and case files in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in adult social work, particularly within a MASH or safeguarding context.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with service users and colleagues.
