In this role, you will work collaboratively with families to promote their safety, well-being, and resilience, ensuring that children grow up in a secure and nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in partnership with families.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them to access resources and services.
- Maintaining accurate and timely case records and documentation.
- Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to safeguard children and enhance family support.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., degree in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a varied caseload.
