We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Children and Young People Team in Lewisham. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA in Social Work, MA in Social Work, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in child protection and working with children and young people.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with families and professionals.
