Join Brent's Family Support Team. We are seeking experienced and committed Social Workers to join our Family Support Team in Brent. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive, ambitious, and child‑focused service that makes a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
About the Role
- Manage a diverse caseload of CIN and CP cases
- Complete high‑quality assessments and develop effective, outcome‑focused plans
- Work collaboratively with families, partners, and other professionals
- Deliver impactful interventions that promote stability and resilience
- Contribute to Brent's commitment to child‑centred, evidence‑informed practice
- Receive regular supervision, reflective spaces, and strong CPD support
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' PQE plus completed ASYE
- Strong background working within Family Support
- SWE‑registered qualified Social Worker (DipSW/CQSW/BA/MA Social Work)
- Skilled in managing risk and making evidence‑based decisions
- Passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children and families
