We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC).

This dynamic role is ideal for professionals who are committed to improving the lives of adults experiencing mental health challenges.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services, conducting assessments, and developing care plans tailored to individual needs.

Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, strengths, and risks.

Creating and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals.

Providing ongoing support and advocacy to clients, ensuring their rights and wellbeing are prioritized.
