Social Worker - Early Help - Liverpool City

In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and community organizations to provide early intervention and support services that promote positive outcomes for children and their families.

As a Social Worker in Early Help, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored support plans for families in need.
• Building trusting relationships with children and families to facilitate engagement and cooperation.
• Working closely with multi-agency teams to coordinate services and interventions.
• Providing advice, guidance, and support to families to enhance their capacity for self-help.
• Monitoring progress and adapting support plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working in child protection or family support services, ideally within an Early Help framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
