We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Liverpool-based Fostering Support and Supervision Team on an umbrella company basis, offering a competitive rate of £40 per hour. This role is crucial in ensuring the welfare and development of children in foster care, providing high-quality support to foster families, and promoting best practices within the fostering system.

As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular supervision and support sessions with foster carers to ensure their ongoing development and well-being.
  • Assessing the needs of children in foster care and developing tailored support plans in collaboration with foster families.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans, ensuring compliance with local authority policies and regulations.
