We are seeking a qualified Social Worker for our Family Assessment and Support team in Lincolnshire. In this role, you will work collaboratively with families to assess their needs, provide support, and facilitate access to essential services, ensuring that children and families thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive family assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and other stakeholders.
  • Providing direct support to families, including counseling, advocacy, and resource navigation.
  • Monitoring and reviewing progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing needs.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience in family assessment and support, with a strong understanding of child welfare legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with families.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to promoting positive outcomes for children and families.
