As a Children's Social Worker in our Safeguarding and Assessment Team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.

- Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive support for families.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.
- Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony when necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in children's safeguarding and assessment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
