This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality assessments and support services to families in need. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading complex case work, providing expert guidance to social workers, and ensuring that our practice meets the highest standards of safety and effectiveness.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of family needs and risks, developing tailored support plans.
- Providing supervision and mentoring to less experienced social workers, fostering professional development and best practices.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic support for families.
- Maintaining accurate and timely case records, ensuring compliance with local authority policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
- Current Social Work England registration.
