We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in East Sussex. This role is essential in providing high-quality support to adults with mental health needs, ensuring they receive the care and assistance required to improve their quality of life. Key responsibilities include:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.

  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive support plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative working.
