- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support.
Essential qualifications and skills for this role include:
- A relevant degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Previous experience working with adults in a healthcare or community setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
