As a First Response Team Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with various agencies to assess needs, develop care plans, and ensure the safety and well-being of those we serve.
Responsibilities- Conducting thorough assessments of individuals and families in crisis situations.
- Providing timely interventions and support to safeguard vulnerable individuals.
