Meanwood Neighbourhood Care Management is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Leeds City on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals and families within the community, ensuring they receive the necessary care and services tailored to their unique needs.
As a Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to promote well-being and enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Conducting assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop appropriate care plans.
- Providing ongoing support and advocacy for clients, ensuring they have access to essential services.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and families to facilitate comprehensive care.

- The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized degree in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in a social work setting, preferably within community care or similar environments.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach to client care.
