Social Worker - Duty and Assessment – Lancashire – £36 per hour.
Caritas are currently recruiting for an experienced social worker for a position within a duty and assessment team for a client based in Lancashire.
This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work alongside dedicated professionals who are committed to providing an effective child-centred service to children in need of support and protection.

Duties
- Engaging children/young people through a variety of direct work methods
- Understanding children\'s safeguarding processes
- Carrying out court work
- Managing a varied and complex caseload
- Writing concise, fit-for-purpose reports/court statements
- Working as part of an effective team
- Inputting into children\'s services data systems (Mosaic; ICS)
Essential Requirements
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
