- Providing direct support and guidance to children and families, facilitating access to resources and services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, complying with statutory requirements.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience in child protection and safeguarding practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks related to child welfare.
