We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Triage Team in Herefordshire. - Conducting initial assessments of safeguarding referrals and determining the appropriate response.
- Collaborating with multi-agency partners to gather information and develop comprehensive safeguarding plans.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, adhering to local and national safeguarding policies.
- Participating in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and improve service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
