To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in adult social work, particularly within a locality team.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and professionals.
