The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in assessments and support planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice in adult social care.
