Caritas Futures is partnering with a leading domestic abuse charity to recruit compassionate and experienced Refuge Workers in Harrow. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting survivors within refuge accommodation
- Completing risk and needs assessments
- Developing safety and support plans
- Working alongside partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
- Providing practical and emotional support to clients rebuilding their lives
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults or families
- Knowledge of safeguarding and risk assessment
- Domestic abuse, housing, homelessness, substance misuse, or related experience
- DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
