Join our dynamic Safeguarding Team in Harrow as an Adult's Social Worker! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to support vulnerable adults and ensure their safety and well-being. In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing safeguarding measures to protect individuals at risk. Your expertise will contribute to a collaborative environment that prioritizes the welfare of our community's most vulnerable members.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need of safeguarding support.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
  • Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure effective safeguarding interventions.
  • Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure ongoing support and risk management.
  • Providing professional advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding matters.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrated experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and professionals.
